You can choose the vehicle category that guarantees specific features (e.g. Economy 5-seater, 3-door), but each category has multiple models, and it′s not possible to guarantee a specific model. If we have the desired model available at the time of delivery, we will gladly provide it. If the requested category is not available, you′ll be given a higher category at no additional charge. We also cannot guarantee a specific type of fuel (gasoline or diesel) or color. Model, fuel type, and color depend on the vehicles available at our office during the time of delivery.
"Young Driver" supplements for drivers between 21 and 25 years old and "Driver +70 years old" for drivers over 70 years of age: €10/day. In these cases, the option to waive the excess is not available, and only groups A, B, C, and E are allowed for rental.
Only individuals listed on the rental agreement as the primary or additional driver are allowed to drive the vehicle.
You will need to add an additional driver as an extra.

It is not possible to reduce the excess to €0. The standard deposit is €700 and there is only the option to reduce the deposit to €350 at an additional cost (extra not valid for all vehicle categories).

Once you′ve entered the desired rental location and dates in the Booking Panel, you can immediately confirm availability and price with no commitment. If you agree with the prices, you can proceed with the reservation.
Please have your passport or ID, driver′s license, and credit card ready. If there are additional drivers, they should also carry their passport or ID and driver′s license.
Yes, you can only make a reservation by providing your credit card details. This helps us ensure and secure your reservation.
Unfortunately, credit card fraud is common. Therefore, you must have the credit card provided during the reservation with you. This helps us prevent fraud and maintain our low and competitive prices.
Some specific categories of vehicles can be taken out of Mallorca, always with the previous consent of Rent a Car JUNAUTO and without leaving Spanish territory. This option entails an additional cost and an increase in the amount of the deposit.
Smoking inside the vehicles is not allowed.
Bringing animals inside the vehicles is not allowed.
The rental price includes standard vehicle cleaning. However, if the vehicle is returned very dirty or with animal hair, Rent a Car JUNAUTO will charge €95 for special cleaning.
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel. At the end of the rental period, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank. If not, the customer will be charged for refueling based on the following information.

Cancellations without penalty must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start, which is considered to be at 08:00 on the first day. Otherwise, the following will apply:
Between 96 h and 72 h, 25% of the total agreed price will be charged.
Between 72 h and 48 h, 50% of the total agreed price will be charged.
Between 48 h and 24 h, 75% of the total agreed price will be charged.
Less than 24 h, 100% of the total agreed price will be charged.
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed rental date in the rental agreement, the insurance will be invalidated, and the customer will be responsible for a payment of €30 per day (including VAT). In addition to this payment, the customer will also be responsible for the daily rental fee.
