This coverage does not include damage to tires, rims, windows, and mirrors. In case of breakage or damage, the customer will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs up to 700€.
The insurance provided by the lessor covers the lessee and authorized drivers in this contract, against civil liability (third-party damages) for an amount of fifty million euros 50,000,000 €.

"Young Driver" insurance for drivers aged 21 - 25 and "70+ driver": 10€/day:
In these cases, it is not possible to purchase the excess reduction extra, and only groups A, B, C, D, and F are allowed for rental.
Vehicle pickup/drop-off at the airport/port: 30€ per trip
The customer will pay the Palma airport parking ticket at the time of pickup.
Rent a Car JUNAUTO will cover the parking ticket when the customer returns the vehicle at the end of their contract.
This service will not be available between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Outside business hours / Night-time fees
For vehicle pickups or drop-offs before 8:00 a.m. and after 7:00 p.m., a fee will be charged for the service outside business hours.
For pickups or drop-offs before 7:00 a.m. and after 11:30 p.m., a night-time fee will be charged.
Foreign vehicle usage clause:
Vehicles may not be taken abroad without prior written authorization. Some exceptions may apply under certain conditions, depending on the vehicle and destination. It is mandatory to notify before any trip.
Any accessories like child seats, port or airport pickup or drop-off, refueling service, etc., whose prices are available at the time of booking.
and therefore the customer will be responsible for the following cases of loss or damage:
VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted. Both deductibles and their elimination must always be paid with credit cards.
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 19:00
Saturdays and Sundays, from 09:30 to 13:00
In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, it is mandatory for the customer to fill out an accident/damage report and submit it to our office. Likewise, in the event of vehicle theft, the customer is obliged to report it to the Police and provide the report to Rent a Car JUNAUTO.
Any accident or damage to the vehicle that is not reported will be interpreted as negligence on the part of the customer and may incur additional charges.
Customers must provide Rent a Car JUNAUTO with a local address (apartment, villa, hotel, etc.)
1/4 tank fill, which will be paid by the customer according to the following information:
Rates may change without prior notice, depending on fuel price increases and/or decreases.
The vehicle will be delivered to the customer with a full tank. At the end of the contract, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank.
Rent a Car JUNAUTO will charge an administrative fee of €25 (VAT included) to the customer when we receive a traffic fine. Rent a Car JUNAUTO is legally obliged to provide the authorities with the customer′s data if they receive a traffic fine during the rental period.
This fee does not include the payment of the traffic fine; the customer must make the payment directly to the authorities.
Customers who abandon the vehicle at a location not agreed upon in the rental contract will be responsible for the costs generated by the breach of contract. Additionally, apart from the daily rental rate, a daily penalty fee of €30 (VAT included) will be applied.
Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
Animals are not allowed inside the vehicle.
No person who is not listed as an authorized driver in the contract, either as the primary or additional driver, may drive the vehicle.
Vehicles may not be taken abroad without prior written authorization. Some exceptions may apply under certain conditions depending on the vehicle and destination. It is mandatory to communicate this before any travel.
The minimum driver age is 21 years, with a driving license held for more than 12 months.
Drivers over 70 years old will have the same conditions as young drivers aged 21 to 25.
The transport of goods or animals may only be carried out with the express consent of Rent a Car JUNAUTO and in compliance with traffic and animal welfare regulations.
Insurance does not cover accidents or damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medications, or any other substance that impairs the driver’s ability. It also does not cover accidents if the driver is not authorized to drive the rented vehicle, or if the accident occurs while violating the rental agreement or basic traffic rules.
The rental price includes standard cleaning of the vehicle. However, if the vehicle is returned very dirty or with animal hair, Rent a Car JUNAUTO will charge €95 for special cleaning.
Cancellations without penalty must be made at least 96 hours before the start of the rental period, which is understood to be at 08:00 on the first day. Otherwise, the following charges will apply:
- Between 96h and 72h, 25% of the total agreed price will be charged.
- Between 72h and 48h, 50% of the total agreed price will be charged.
- Between 48h and 24h, 75% of the total agreed price will be charged.
- Less than 24h, 100% of the total agreed price will be charged.
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed date in the rental contract, the insurance will be invalidated, and the customer will be responsible for paying €30 per day (VAT included). In addition to this payment, the customer will also be responsible for paying the daily rental rate.
The deposit amount will be charged to the customer′s credit card at the time of vehicle pickup. If the customer returns the vehicle in the same condition it was received, the deposit will be refunded. In case the vehicle is returned with damages or defects, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Rent a Car JUNAUTO is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank during the deposit refund process.
OTHER:
The vehicle is equipped with real-time location tracking.
If the reserved vehicle category is unavailable at the time of pickup, a vehicle of the same or higher category will be provided at no additional cost. If these categories are unavailable and a lower category is provided, the difference will be refunded.
